  • Build more confidence and improve technique in fundamental movements such as the squat, deadlift, overhead press, bench press

  • Reduce risk of injury in sports and exercise, improve body composition, and build muscle and strength.

  • Small group sessions to ensure personalized attention, max 8 people.

  • Each movement can be scaled/modified to your level to ensure safety and effectiveness

Cost: For the month of December, each class is $10 drop in (originally $15) to celebrate our location change.
