Too hot in the Gym?
Now you can't use the nice weather as an excuse not to workout. A full body workout with a combination of strength training with cardio intervals. All levels are welcome but be prepared to sweat and work hard! Lead by Florence, personal trainer and owner of superwomen training, with 6 years experience in leading bootcamps citywide.
When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 29th-July 19th. 7-8pm (Can do one or both days).
Where: Wallace Park, Willowgrove square, Saskatoon.
Cost: $15 per single class, $96 for 8 classes.
