Cardio and Strength Bootcamp
Great for those who like to sweat. A fun and fast pace group session that combines strength training and conditioning in an non judgmental environment.
Exercises involve full body movements with an emphasis of core strength, power, and endurance, using various equipment around the gym.
Modifications are offered and the sessions cater to various levels of fitness, but be prepared to work hard. Some prior exercise experience is required.
Cost: For the month of December, each class is $10 drop in (originally $15) to celebrate our location change.
